The FlexMailbox consists of a sturdy steel base with anchor, shock-absorbing spring and steel post. With the FlexMailbox, both your mailbox and post will flex then rebound to the full upright position when struck by ice, snow, debris or other vehicles – eliminating the need for maintainence or buying replacements each season.
- Compatible with mailboxes ranging from 6" to 9" wide. Mailbox is not included with this model. Please see our Mailbox Kit if a mailbox is needed.
- Ground anchor, post and included hardware are designed for installation onto unpaved or natural ground surfaces such as dirt or grass.
- Post is impact resistant with 360° of flexibility.

The post is great, but there is no way to attach it to the mailbox without drilling new holes in the bottom of the box. The attachment plate for the post lines up with none of the holes in the mailbox. Kind of a fail selling them as a set.
