I truly appreciate your company standing behind your product as the first one I received broke when I first opened it up. You replaced the sign with an exact duplicate and even sent it 2 day air. Heck, my order was for 3rd day air. I have a little comment on future orders for clients: the 2nd sign had a broken corner due to shipping, but it is usable for what I need, thus I did not respond earlier. You might consider some additional packing materials to protect the plastic molded frame. Thanks and thanks for being a reputable company. I will buy again. Larry Las Vegas
